They are now both at the age where my wife and I are more comfortable leaving them alone with someone that ISN'T a family member.

It's a fine line to walk, you don't want to insult someone by offering to low, but with rising costs for almost everything you don't want to over pay either.

A good place to start on how much to pay is the minimum wage. Right now in Montana the minimum wage is $9.95 an hour. So is that it, is that the answer?

Well there's a bit more to it than that. What if you have more than 1 kid, what if you have 2 or 3 or even more? Is it still just the one price?
