WalletHub looked at 3 factors to determine their rankings of the best and worst states in America for teen drivers.

- Driving Laws
Safety and Driving Laws are pretty clear cut. For safety, they looked at the accident rate per 100,000, among other things, while for driving laws, they looked at what each state had on the books, such as texting law or drunk driving laws.
For Economic Environment, they looked at the cost of repairs, speeding tickets, and insurance.
