Montana’s Surprising Ranking Among the Most Sinful States
As much as any of us want to avoid admitting it, none of us are perfect. Sure, some of us are really good at some things and dare I say, even flawless in some areas, but we all have our own imperfections.
And when it comes to being "sinful", Montana isn't exactly rocking a halo above its head.
Where Does Montana Rank For "Most Sinful States?"
First of all, I'm not here to judge. If you're sinful and ashamed, that's between you and whatever it is you believe in. I'm in no place to cast judgment on anyone and believe me when I say I've had my own share of flaws as well.
With that said, the folks over at Wallet Hub compiled a ranking of the "Most Sinful States" based on a variety of criteria including a "excesses & vices, anger & hatred, jealousy, greed, and lust."
As for Montana, the two highest ranking categories to compile it's "sinful score" were "Greed" and "Anger & Hatred."
What Is Montana's "Sinful Ranking?"
The jury's out as to why Montana ranks so high in "Anger & Hatred." As for "Greed", maybe we have too many people pushing the envelope in all of our casinos?
Either way, Montana isn't that high on the ranking for most sinful states with a ranking of 33 out of 50.

Nevada tops the list, which shouldn't surprise anyone, followed by California at number two and Florida at number three ("Florida Man," anyone?).
Maybe we'll cool down on the "Anger & Hatred" and improve our score sooner than later?
