While you may never see their faces, the voice at the other end of the phone line when you make a 911 call is a lifeline when the emergency arrives. This week across the nation and in Great Falls those individuals will be honored.
Also honored during the 2025 Public Safety Telecommunicators Week is Animal Control Officer Week to thank those that rescue pets and strays from our areas across Great Falls and Cascade County.

Great Falls Police Department Will Be Honoring Services this Week
In Great Falls, the 911 Emergency Services employ 10 individuals assigned as dispatchers. The office also has 4 Dispatch Supervisors, 1 Deputy Director, and 1 Director.

Animal Control in Great Falls has 3 Animal Control Officers. ACOs Ethridge, Becker, and Tooker handle all calls related to domestic animals.
