I may be going out on a limb for this one, yet I am still pretty confident that unless you have been living under one, you know Montana is full of fossils.  And we aren't talking just little ones either.  Not even close.  Some of the best specimens known to science have been right here under the Big Sky.

One only needs to think of MOR 555, better known as "The Wankel Rex" or "Devil Rex", the Tyronasaraus Rex found on the Wankel Ranch is Eastern Montana in 1988 to realize just how cool our state really is.  The skeleton is now on display at the National Museum of Natural History:

Bynum, MT is Home to the Guinness World Record of a What?

The Montana Dinosaur Center in Bynum is also home to an incredibly unique skeleton; one that the Guinness Book of World Records says is the longest dinosaur skeleton anywhere.  "Seismo" the seismosaurus (Diplodocus) measures a whopping 137 feet in length, and 27 feet at the hips.  It was built by paleontologist Dave Trexler for the museum.
