When I was looking at the Hall and Hall website, I was a bit surprised to see the IX Ranch near Big Sandy up for sale. This Montana Legacy ranch property was priced at a cool $66,000,000. I can't find the name of the new owners.

Just outside of Big Sandy, the IX Ranch runs about 30 miles across the southern flank of the Bears Paw Mountains running up to timber and aspen groves. There are 134,482+ acres, some dry, some irrigated, on the ranch with 53 miles of live streams on the property.
