Montana is rodeo country, and with some of the best cowboys and cowgirls in the United States calling Big Sky Country home, Montanans take their rodeo seriously.

In fact, for many, a visit to Montana includes a trip to either Yellowstone or Glacier National Parks, plus going to a genuine Montana rodeo. No matter the event, a rodeo is something that everyone in the family can enjoy, and one of the biggest rodeos in the state is coming up soon and tickets can be a little hard to come by.

Thankfully, for those who don't have tickets, there's another option.

The Montana State University Spring Rodeo is always a huge event and this year is no different. The MSU Rodeo will take place between Thursday, April 11th through Sunday, April 14th and if you don't have tickets, you can watch this year's rodeo on TV.

How can I watch the MSU Spring Rodeo from home?

406 Sports is reporting there are several options to catch the 2024 MSU Spring Rodeo either on regular TV or through Dish Network, in fact, many of the Montana TV stations will be airing the rodeo from the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse in Bozeman.

The Montana Television Network will be airing the rodeo on their stations throughout Big Sky Country which includes the following channels:

  • KBZK in Bozeman
  • KTVQ in Billings
  • KXLF in Butte
  • KRTV in Great Falls
  • KXLH in Helena
  • KPAX in Missoula

For those with Dish Network, you can also watch the MSU Spring Rodeo on the Cowgirl Channel, which is channel 269.
