Montana State University and it's sports teams and clubs have been on a roll for the last few years.  From football to basketball, to rodeo, Montana State is making a name for itself on a national level.

Of course, those aren't the only teams that are getting attention, the Men's Ruby and Hockey Clubs have been very successful in the last few years, and now another Montana State Club Sport has been invited to a National Tournament.

The MSU Women's Rugby Club has been invited to the National Collegiate Rugby Nationals Tournament, which takes place at the end of the month, and they could use some help with the costs associated with the trip.

The Tournament is in Washington DC and runs from April 28th through the 29th. The Bobcats will compete against other Rugby Teams and Clubs from across the nation while trying to win a national championship.

In order for the ladies to make the trip to the nation's capital, they will need to come up with a significant amount of money to finance the trip. The Club is looking to raise 15 thousand dollars and is asking Bobcat Nation to help out if they can.

Montana State University Gold Rush Game 2022

The day was hot and so were the Bobcats. The first game of the season against McNeese State, and the Bobcats were ready to send those Cowboys back to the south.

Temperatures close to 100 degrees, didn't stop our Bobcats OR their dedicated fans. Bobcat Football brings out fans of all ages to cheer and be a part of a dream for many youth. Future Bobcats right here? I hope so, they already have amazing spirit!

The Bobcats took the win with ease, staying one step ahead of the McNeese Cowboys, the team looked fresh, ready, and the end score proved they were ready to come out on top of the season opener.

With a final score of 40-17, the Bobcats put the southern boys back on a plane with their first loss of the season, and the first win for our Bobcats.

Week two is just around the corner with a home game on September 10th, which also brings the Military Appreciation game. Just one way we love to show our Military Personnel an extra THANK YOU.
