The Montana Law Enforcement Torch Run Covers Much of Montana

When you look at the torch route in Montana it is quite impressive. Two runs will be staring on the same date on April 27th. They will begin in Eureka and in Plentywood on the same day. Then May 1st a run will start in Wolf Point. The final run will begin on May 3rd in Browning. This is a fundraising event to help the Montana Special Olympic Athletes as they continue on their quest to compete in Montana. There are a lot of amazing athletes in our state and it takes hundreds of volunteers to make these games happen. There is travel, equipment, and uniforms that need funding. This is another way you can help.

Helping the Athletes in Montana is Crucial to Their Success

I have been involved with the Special Olympics for over a decade now. I have helped with the closing ceremonies of the State Games. I have helped MC the annual Polar Plunge. Over the years I have not only met these amazing athletes, but I have met some amazing law enforcement people who have volunteered their time and energy to be a part of something special.

There Are a Lot Of Ways To Help The Athletes in Montana

If you can donate your time or money, please do. There are some pretty amazing incentives for donating this year. If you can't donate money, there are always volunteer opportunities available at the games. The State Games are in Bozeman this year, and they looking for help in a lot of different areas. Good luck to all the law enforcement involved and all the athletes in the state games.
